We’ve been in your shoes. BeHomed was founded by Sheila Smith, who knows firsthand the struggles of renting and trying to get on the property ladder.
Sheila and her husband Matt have both faced challenges as young professionals priced out of homeownership. Sheila experienced the instability of renting – forced to move twice in two years when landlords reclaimed their properties. Matt had to move back in with his parents to save for a deposit.

At the end of the rental term, you can buy your home at the pre-agreed price or walk away with your savings (minus a relisting fee) if your plans change.
